Piscataway became upset city and Scarlet Nation was stunned into silence Saturday when the No. 10 Rutgers football team ground to a screeching halt with a 34-24 loss against Maryland. The Terrapins outscored the Scarlet Knights in the second half 20-7 on the way to ending a 10-game home winning streak for Rutgers.
